Dear Dr. Rozbruch,

I just wanted to take the opportunity once again, to thank you for all you did for my daughter, Stephanie. Unfortunately, throughout the years, we have gotten to recognize excellence in the medical field when we see it because we do have a lot of practice! Your confidence, humility, and expertise are an amazing combination and we are so grateful that a stressful situation was much more manageable because of who you are, not just as a doctor, but as a person as well.

Also, you have an incredible staff but I must speak specifically about Wilma. She is so efficient, knowledgeable and caring. We had a terrible time with insurance and she was so right from the beginning. She coached me the entire way. If it wasn’t for her guidance, I don’t believe I would have handled things as effectively as I did. In fact, 9 months and 3 surgeries later, we were able to successfully appeal all 3 claims with Aetna. In fact, in your staff booklet, she indicates that she “takes pride in her job and the service she provides”. And well she should! She is a tremendous asset to your team.
