Hi Dr. Rozbruch,

It was great to see you yesterday. I want to thank you again for the wonderful care you have given Jacob, but also the great care you have given me! It means so much as a parent to know you will always answer my questions and worries with so much patience and care. We are so glad we have you as part of Jacob’s team. Our goal from first learning of his health issues was to normalize his life as much as possible and with your help we are exceeding this goal!

I have attached the picture we took yesterday. We will see you in a year!
