Hello everyone –

I just wanted to send a quick note thanking you all for your amazing work and help over the past year (both for me and for Tom). You’ve been incredible and without your care throughout we would be in a very different position now! I’ve not had a medical experience so professional and seamless as I did at HSS.
I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season and new year and wishing you all the best in the future.
