Bilateral metatarsal lengthening and tibial deformity corrections.

Patient: Susan


Preop:
Susan had bowlegs and congenital foot deformities. She had knee pain and was very unhappy with the appearance of her feet and legs. 

  

Postop
She underwent bilateral tibial osteotomy to straighten her legs and bilateral metatarsal lengthenings to correct her foot deformities.



Followup:
Susan has straight legs and normal feet. She is active and without pain. She now enjoys running marathons.
