Correction of Complex Foot Deformity with Miter Taylor Spatial Frame and V Osteotomy

This woman had an old clubfoot deformity since childhood.

Hindfoot was in varus, Forefoot was in cavus, adduction, pronation.

A V-type osteotomy of the foot was done in order to correct the hindfoot and forefoot separately. A miter spatial frame was used to perform a gradual correction.

The frame was removed after 3 months ...and her foot is plantigrade.
